Retail therapy is SO necessary but we understand that there may be some frustrations with shopping online. We promise to make this an exciting and seamless experience for you. Send us a message here and we will respond to you within 24 hours about your queries or orders or if you just want to send us some love. (This includes weekends, that’s how much we want to service you! No, we’re not losers, we just like you that MUCH). 

SHIPPING 
Shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout. Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or courier. Contingent on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package may be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to specify how your delivery can be collected. For rural routes and remote locations, delivery may take longer than standard delivery time due to unanticipated circumstances. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT 
We accept VisaMasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.  We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers.

MONDAY MUSE’S RETURN POLICY 
Hey, sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay. We accept returns within thirty days of purchase (the date on your electronic invoice) for most items. Items must be unworn, free of any damage, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. The following items cannot be returned: earrings, intimates, and all items marked as ‘Sale’ or ‘Clearance’.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Returning Item(s) By Mail:

  • Initiate your return process by clicking here to contact us and let us know the reason for the return.  Please include your invoice number if applicable. 
  • As long as the item is in returnable condition we will send you the address to ship the goods back to.  
  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Place the item(s) you are returning in a secure shipping box, envelope or bag.  Ensure there are no other tracking or shipping labels visible on the package.
  • Send package to the address provided to you and ship using a traceable method.

PROCESSING REFUND 
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that your item(s) have been received and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item(s) are in good standing, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment unless otherwise discussed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take a minimum of five business days for your refund to reflect in the account or statement of your original method of payment. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted through your personal bank account.  If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact your financial institution or PayPal directly and send us a message. By placing an order at Monday Muse, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us if you choose to not keep the products purchased. If you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact us here.

EXCHANGES 
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange for an alternate item, please proceed with returning the item per our return policy and purchase the style desired as a separate transaction.

SIZE GUIDE
All of our kimonos are one-size-fits-most.  We have sold them to individuals of all sizes and shapes, heights, ages and genders.  We pride ourselves on being inclusive and offering something for absolutely everyone!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
For orders outside of Canada and the United States please contact our customer care team to place international orders.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Monday Muse and not included in the order total. All international orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and duties and any fees that are due may be collected upon delivery of the order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package which may delay delivery. Some countries may require additional fees paid Cash on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS 
All prices listed on our site are in Canadian dollars, and charged to your credit card in Canadian dollars. Your credit card or bank statement will determine the exact exchange rate that you are charged.
