MY ORDER

Q: How can I track my order and where is my order?

A: Track your order by signing into your account and check your order history to find your tracking number. These details will also be provided to you in your confirmation via e-mail. Log into your account here to find out where your package is at!

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed (if not before!). Please note that this does not include weekends.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: This may vary depending on where you are located. Generally, packages arrive at your doorstep within 5-10 business days and often even sooner!  You can check the status of your shipment by clicking the tracking number provided to you in your confirmation email.  If you still have any questions please send us a message and we will be happy to look into it for you.     

Q: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

A: Hey, this happens! Let us know within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make an immediate change to your order by contacting us here with your order number. We will make the change immediately for you. Please note, this is based on availability, but we will let you know if we are unable to make the change. After 12 hours, your order may be processed, shipped and you will be charged.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Sometimes we get buyer’s remorse too. You have 12 hours to send us a message with your order confirmation number before your order is processed and we can take it from there. After 12 hours, your order may be processed, shipped and you will be charged.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We get that some things don’t work out sometimes. Click here for our return policy.

Q: Can I return or exchange sale or clearance items?

A: Unfortunately, all sale and clearance items are final. Ensure it’s the right fit by referring to the product specifications under product details. We made sure that all you need to know is found there.

Q: What steps do I need to take to return an item?

  1. Initiate your return process by clicking here and requesting a return number.
  2. Completely fill in the return form that you will receive from our customer care team.
  3. Place the item(s) you are returning in a secure shipping box, envelope or bag.  Ensure there are no other tracking or shipping labels visible on the package.
  4. Include the completed return form inside the package.
  5. Send package to the address provided to you and ship using a traceable method.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?

A: Unfortunately, they are not.

Q: I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this info? 

A: Sizing can vary due to various fabrics, styles and brands. The provided information below is to be used as a guideline only to determine the best fit. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information regarding product specifications.

Q: How do I change my account information?

A: Easily update your address on file by clicking here to sign into your account.  Click “View Addresses” to update your information.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Click the "Forgot your password?" button on the My Account login page and we will send you an email to get you back shopping in no time.

Q: I did not receive my order confirmation, where can I get a copy of this?

A: Well, we are sorry we dropped the ball on this one! You can find all of this info by signing into your account and checking your order history here.
